The
challenge.
Nocturne was launching a members' platform for nightlife, music and late culture in three cities at once. The category is built on hype, which fades fast — the founders wanted a brand world with real depth, not another disposable drop campaign.
Creative
strategy.
We built the campaign as a world, not an ad. 'After Hours' treats the night as a place you inhabit: black silk, deep shadow and one thread of signal-orange running through film, photography, fabric and light installations. Membership isn't sold — it's hinted at, making the brand itself the invitation.
Design
process.
We spent a month in the culture before designing for it — club nights, warehouse sessions, late radio — photographing and filming on 35mm and in low light. The raw material became the campaign’s texture: grain, shadow and movement that stock imagery could never fake.
The visual system is deliberately dark and tactile. Fabric sculptures in black silk and raw canvas were shot as campaign heroes, each pierced by a single orange thread — the signal that runs through every asset, from OOH to membership cards to the light installations at each launch event.
Launch week ran as three simultaneous city takeovers: posters pasted overnight, projections on landmark buildings and invitation-only listening rooms. The scarcity was engineered — every asset told people the night exists, never what it costs to get in.
Final results.

“The campaign felt like a scene, not a launch. People were posting the posters before we'd even finished hanging them.”
